...I'm Gonna Do It...

After receiving some feedback, I decided I was going to go ahead with the "weight loss blog."  I hate calling it that, but that's what it is.  If anyone can think of something else to call it, I'd love to hear it! 

Here's what I've decided.  I am going to try and post once a week.  Just my thoughts, your thoughts, progress, struggles, successes, ideas, tips and tricks.  I'm no expert, but maybe we can turn to a few through out the journey, and I'll throw some ideas out there...some for me, and some for you! 

I am going to make it "invitation only."  I don't want to be "exclusive" but I also want it to be a safe place for myself, and for anyone else who wants to jump in.  It'll feel like a little support group (This is a safe circle!)

I would also like to celebrate your successes, and help you in your struggles.  If you would like me to post an idea, success, progress, etc. at the beginning of your comment write "PLEASE POST" and I'll turn it into a brand new post and you'll receive the credit!  If you want to share but would like to keep your comment private, please write "PRIVATE" at the beginning of your comment and I will not publish the comment. 

All other comments will be "published." 

So...if you want to join us, even if you aren't interested yourself in losing weight, but want to celebrate with us, or throw some ideas out there, please let me know!  I'm collecting email addresses now and will continue to along the way, if you know anyone who would like join.  Please send me your email, you can leave it in the comments, I'll just collect them, I won't publish them. 

Let the fun begin!

P.S. I will do my best to keep up on the blog, because I want to really do this...however, if it becomes too much and I choose to stop, I'll let you know.
